My little #breakfast bowl of sunshine☀️… Start your day with this and it will surely put a smile on your face! To make this I used:

2 Organic Chicken Sausages (taken out if the casing)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup chopped Kale
4 eggs (2 whites/2 eggs)
1.5 cups cooked Brown Rice
1/2 Avocado
1 tbs #siracha

Brown onion and sausage until sausage is fully cooked. Mix in #kale and set aside. In separate pan, scramble eggs then add to sausage, onion and kale and mix. Finally add brown rice and season with a little pepper… Add to a bowl and top with avocado and siracha! Makes a bunch so save the leftovers for later 👍

Working on my fitness today. I’ve been a terrible example of a #FitCutie recently. With the holidays and becoming a #CampGladiator trainer, my workout consistency and proper nutrition habits have been way off. But I’m getting settled into a new routine so decided that today is the day I get this thing poppin. Here’s my upper body focused workout from today: 3x 10-12 reps each - chin ups, standing lat pulls, alt wide/narrow DB rows, Unilateral DB RDL w/reach, DB reverse chop, Plyo Tri dips, Captain Morgans, BOSU push ups w/ gliding knee tuck, BOBU supermans, BOSU bicycle crunch… Finished with sprint intervals on treadmill. 💪 #feelingstrong #workout #fitness #rededicated #newyearnewme #backatit #gym #chicksthatlift #she_is_fit #fitgirls #funtobefit #fit
